You are strictly responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Sharing your account access, course materials, or login details with third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your access without a refund.
2. Pricing and Payment Terms
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change our course prices, package structures, and promotional offers at any time.
For customized training packages with "open pricing," the final agreed-upon price will be invoiced to you and must be paid in full (or according to an agreed payment plan) prior to the commencement of the training.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy (Please Read Carefully)
We are committed to delivering high-quality, expert-led training. Because our instructors dedicate specific, non-recoverable time slots to your personalized training, our refund policy is strictly enforced as follows:
- 24-Hour Refund Window: You are eligible for a full refund only if the request is made within twenty-four (24) hours from the exact time your payment is processed.
- No Refunds After Training Commences: Once the 24-hour window has passed, OR once your online training has started (e.g., you have logged into the learning portal, accessed course materials, or had your first session with an expert), no cancellations, refunds, or credits will be issued under any circumstances.
Reasoning: Our digital marketing experts assign and reserve particular time slots exclusively for your course and curriculum. Late cancellations result in lost time that cannot be reallocated to other students.
To request a refund within the eligible 24-hour window, you must email us immediately at: info@amexdigitaldesigns.com with your payment receipt and order number.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided within our courses—including but not limited to video lectures, PDFs, templates, strategy documents, text, graphics, and course structures—is the exclusive intellectual property of AMEX DIGITAL DESIGNS LLC.
Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, educational use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or publicly display any part of our course materials without written consent.
5. Earnings Disclaimer and Results
Our courses are designed to teach digital marketing, SEO, and monetization skills. However, we do not guarantee any specific financial results, job placements, or business success.
Your success depends entirely on your own effort, background, implementation, and market conditions. Examples shown are exceptional and not guaranteed.
6. User Conduct
While participating in sessions or community groups, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully. Harassment, spamming, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will result in removal without a refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMEX DIGITAL DESIGNS LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of our services.
8. Modifications to the Service and Terms
