1. 24-Hour Refund Policy
You are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of your purchase. The refund request must be submitted within 24 hours from the exact time of payment.
2. No Refund After 24 Hours
After the 24-hour period has passed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3. No Refund After Course Access
Once you have:
- Logged into the course portal
- Accessed any course material
- Attended any live session
You will no longer be eligible for a refund, even if the request is made within 24 hours.
4. Customized Training Programs
For customized or one-on-one training programs:
- All payments are strictly non-refundable once scheduling is confirmed
- Time slots are reserved exclusively for you and cannot be reassigned

6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
7. Important Notes
- No refunds for discounted or promotional offers

- No chargebacks allowed without contacting support first
