1. Cancellation Request Window
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Any request made after this period may not be eligible for cancellation.
2. No Cancellation After Course Access
Once you have:
- Accessed the course materials
- Logged into your account
- Attended any live or recorded session
Cancellation will not be allowed under any circumstances.
3. Scheduled Training & 1-on-1 Sessions
For personalized or scheduled training programs:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
- Failure to cancel within this time will result in the session being marked as completed
- No rescheduling or cancellation will be allowed after the session time has passed
4. Non-Cancellable Services
The following services are strictly non-cancellable:
- Customized training programs
- Discounted or promotional offers
- Completed or partially used services
